A purchase will not improve your chances of winning. “BEAUTY BENEFITS HEALTHY BEAUTY CONTEST” (“Contest”) starts 12:01 AM PST, May 1, 2008 and ends at 5:00 PST, May 31, 2008 (the “Contest Period”). There are two ways to enter:
ONLINE ENTRY: To enter “BEAUTY BENEFITS HEALTHY BEAUTY CONTEST” online, visit www.beautybenefits.com on the worldwide web and follow all of the online instructions.
Mail-in Entry: To enter “BEAUTY BENEFITS HEALTHY BEAUTY CONTEST by mail, you must download and mail a completed Official Entry Form and Submission Release for the Contest along with: One (1) recent 4 x 6 -inch photograph of yourself and a hard copy of your typed personal statement of not more than 100 words on the topic of "Are you a healthy beauty?” (collectively, the “Submission Materials”) to:

The Submission Materials must be received on or before 2:00 PM PST, April 31, 2008. Markwins Beauty (“Markwins” or “Sponsor”) reserves the right to extend the deadline for receipt of the Submissions Materials and the duration of the Contest Period any reason in its sole discretion. Only one complete entry per person for the Contest may be accepted and eligible. Markwins is not responsible for its failure to receive entries due to transmission failures and/or other conditions beyond its reasonable control.
All entries and submissions become the exclusive property of Markwins and will not be acknowledged or returned. No correspondence about entries into the Contest will be entered into, nor will photos be acknowledged or returned. All submissions become the property of Markwins; Markwins retains all rights including, but not limited to the right to copy, edit, modify, adapt, publish, and/or use an entry and submission in any way and in all media throughout the universe in perpetuity without limitation or compensation. Markwins is under no obligation to use in any way any photo, entry or personal statement submitted.
ELIGIBILITY:
Participants must be 18 years of age or older on the date of entry to be eligible to enter and win, and a legal resident currently living in the continental United States or District of Columbia (except for residents of Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico, who are excluded). Employees and their immediate families of Markwins and each of their respective officers, directors, agents, representatives, parent, affiliated, and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and of Big Fish Marketing, LLC (or “Administrator”) and Markwins and its and their parents, affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies are not eligible to enter or win the Prize (as defined below). By entering this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules, and agree to abide by all decisions of Administrator and Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects and waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Contest or these Official Rules. Once an entrant is declared a winner, they are ineligible to enter and win the prize (as defined below) on any future contests.
THE PRIZE:
One (1) Prize consisting of: 1 professional travel case and a supply of Beauty Benefits makeup products (exact supply and type of Beauty Benefits products varies)
Total ARV of the Prize: $500.00.
If the winner is unable or unwilling to receive the Grand Prize, the winner must forfeit the Prize and a new winner will be selected from a panel of judges at Markwins office; this procedure will continue until a new Prize winner who is able to receive prizing is selected. The Prize winner must agree to sign a Personal Release. If either the Prize winner is unwilling or unable to sign the Personal Release, the Prize will be forfeited and a new winner will be chosen. Participation and submission of the materials to Markwins Beauty constitutes permission for Markwins Beauty to use the Prize winner and picture, address (city and state or providence only), biographical information and/or statements, respectively, for trade, advertising, promotional and/or any other purpose in any and all media now or hereafter known, throughout the universe, in perpetuity, without any further consideration, notification or permission except where prohibited by law.
NOTE: The Prize is awarded "as is" without any warranty or guaranty. Details of the Prize not specified herein are at the sole discretion of Markwins Beauty.
The number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period determines the odds of winning the Prize. Markwins Beauty reserves the right to change or replace the Prize at any time with a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize is not refundable, transferable or assignable and cannot be redeemed for cash and the winner may not elect to substitute the Prize for another. Markwins Beauty reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. The winner will be responsible for all federal, state or other applicable taxes, and international tariffs in connection with the receipt of the Prize.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:
Participants agree to release Sponsor, Administrator and each of the Released Parties (as defined below) against any and all liability for injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from participation in this Contest. Participants agree that Sponsor, Markwins and Adminstrator Big Fish Marketing, and each of their respective parents, agents, affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents (the “Released Parties”) shall have no liability, and shall be held harmless, from and against any and all damages, losses or injury resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the Prize, acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the Prize or participation in this Contest. The Released Parties shall not be liable to winner, travel companion or any other person for failure to supply the Prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s), regulations(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond the Released Parties’ control. The Released Parties shall not be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitutions or any act or omissions whatsoever.
GENERAL CONDITIONS:
This Contest is void in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and where prohibited or restricted by federal, state, or local laws. Illegible, unintelligible or incomplete entries or responses will be disqualified. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for any lost, damaged, misdirected, stolen, late, postage due or undelivered entries or for any errors in mechanical transmission, technical difficulties or inability to transmit Internet entries or for any technical, network, electronic, telephone, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, including any injury or damage to participant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in or downloading any materials in this Contest or for any other conditions beyond its reasonable control. In the event that technical or other circumstances compromise any selection of the winner or alternates hereunder, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel this Contest, and select the winner for the Prize from all eligible entries received prior to the cancellation. Neither Sponsor nor Administrator is responsible for typographical errors in the website for the Contest or these Official Rules.

This Contest shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA. By entering this Contest, entrants hereby submit to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal and state courts of California, USA and waive the right to have disputes arising out of the subject matter hereof adjudicated in any other forum.
WINNER SELECTION:
After the conclusion of the Contest Period, 1 winner will be chosen by a panel of judges at Markwin’s office from all eligible entries on or about May 7, 2008. The name and submission materials of the winner will be displayed online at www.wnwbeautybenefits.com. The Contest Prize Winner will be notified on or about May 16, 2008.
The winner will be notified by e-mail and/or telephone. If the winner does not respond within three (3) business days of contact, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner from all eligible entries. The winner must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Failure to comply with the foregoing, or the return of the Prize as undeliverable, may cause the winner to forfeit the Prize and Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

All requests for the Official Rules or name of the Prize winner must be received no later than 45 days after the close of the Contest Period.
